POSTED ON 29 March 2012  BY Gregory Ng

Last week I was at Salt Lake City for the Adobe Summit. I was fortunate to attend the session: Digital Governance: Defining A Strategic Roadmap for Data-Driven Success. I say fortunate because the session was so crowded that I had to wait in the standby line.

POSTED ON 15 February 2012  BY Victoria Morehead

Whether you’ve got a small internal testing team, or an entire agency dedicated to the process, it’s vital to have whoever’s involved aligned with your mission. From creatives to account to higher-ups, having everyone on board makes a difference.

Pint Conversions with Naoshi Yamauchi

POSTED ON 25 October 2011

Every now and again it is important to get out and catch up with a colleague.  This week I’ve pulled our Director of Analytics, Naoshi Yamauchi, away from his data dashboards and testing software, to buy him a pint and learn a little bit more about what makes him tick.  Take a look and listen closely in this first (of many) Pint Conversions: Converting pints into answers with Brooks Bell employees.

POSTED ON 27 August 2010  BY Sonja Foust

The book is basically a story about how referrals are your best resource in any kind of business you run, or venture you take on, and it gave some ideas on keeping in touch. One of the ideas in the book was a regimented Keep In Touch program. After reading the book, I scoured teh internetz for a ready-made Keep In Touch program, and didn’t find one.

POSTED ON 14 May 2010  BY Robb Czyzewski

Back in my October 2009 post, I talked about how we used The Cloud to host customer landing pages.  We’ve continued to do so and even host a micro-site to test registration paths for one client.
