Brooks Bell Interactive Expands Executive Team with Strategic VP Hires
Brooks Bell Interactive, an agency responsible for creating online direct response campaigns for some of the world's most recognizable brands, today announced the hiring of two new vice presidents, capping off a recent key executive team expansion. Gregory Ng joins Brooks Bell Interactive as vice president and creative director and Robb Czyzewski will serve as vice president of finance and operations.
These key hires help fulfill agency founder and president Brooks Bell's vision of establishing a world-class strategic design hub in the heart of Raleigh, NC. With a unique focus on online direct response and creative optimization, Brooks Bell Interactive has carved a highly-specialized niche ripe for future growth. The new appointments will help the agency build deeper, more strategic relationships with clients, establish a more consistent presence in the interactive world, and continue to develop core expertise as the company delivers measurable, results-driven solutions for its clients.
"Our unique approach to design is what this agency is based on; therefore, I wanted to build an executive team capable of adapting to changing technologies and actively reinforcing our agency vision," said Bell. "Bringing in new leaders to help carry the torch is a big step for the agency and will have a very positive impact on our future growth."
As vice president and Creative Director, Ng will manage the company's creative team and lead its overall creative vision. An award-winning creative director, designer, and direct marketer, Ng has developed effective, integrated, results-driven marketing programs for Global Fortune 1000 clients with an expertise in the high tech and financial verticals. He has been living and working by his philosophy that, "There are some great creatives out there. And some brilliant marketers. But the perfect blend of the two is what I strive for every day, for my team and for my clients."
Ng spent the previous five years at Hill Holliday, where he rose to the rank of Vice President Creative Director. His direct experience runs deep and includes working with clients like Dell, Bank of America, American Express, Fidelity Investments, the Salvation Army, Microsoft, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and Dunkin' Donuts.
Since 2003, Ng has received over 40 awards for his direct marketing campaigns, including the 2005 Prodigy award from the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) given to a professional under the age of 30 who has mastered the science and art of direct marketing. He received a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
As vice president of finance and operations, Czyzewski will implement best-class financial and operations systems that will increase the agency's overall efficiency and productivity and is also tasked to manage the company's technology and data analytics teams. and. He is a 15-year veteran of multiple technology and media companies, including Trailblazer Studios, Zoom Culture, PlanetPortal.com, and Ticketmaster Online – CitySearch. Czyzewski holds a BA in economics with a minor in business management from Drew University.

Three's Company
We're proud to announce Victoria Morehead, Emily Balog, and Ryan Miller as the newest additions to our team.
Victoria Morehead, Copywriter, moved down from Baltimore, MD, and has fallen in love with Raleigh. She has the entire AP Stylebook tattooed on her left arm and she never remembers to use "whom" when appropriate.
Emily Balog, Junior Interactive Designer, minored in Armadillo Grill in Carrboro, NC, while attending UNC-Chapel Hill. She focused her studies on enjoying queso dip with chips and sitting on the sunny patio with friends. She's happy to be working caddy-corner from the Raleigh locale of one of her favorite restaurants.
Ryan Miller, Designer, received his BA in Design from Millersville University in Lancaster, PA. He specializes in print design and illustration, and is quickly adding Interactive Web Design to his repertoire. (Let it be noted, it took Ryan 5 minutes to figure out how to spell "repertoire")

Nick joins our team as an Interactive Designer. He holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Applachian State University and he specializes in user interface design. Gamers (the analog type) beware...Nick is the self-proclaimed "King of Boggle™" and will ALWAYS get the extra point on the word "quagmire".

Brooks Bell Interactive Keeps Growing!
We've hired 2 new team members. Welcome Nathan Spotz and Jamie Lee!
We are happy to announce Nathan Spotz as our newest Account Manger. Nathan comes to us from Weber Advertising and Marketing in Pennsylvania where he worked for 6 years as a media planner/buyer and account manager, handling the entire advertising process for national and regional accounts. Nathan brings an integrated approach to account management. Nathan will be working with AOL and Safeway, among other clients. A graduate of East Carolina University, Nathan has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Brooks Bell Interactive has added Jamie Lee to our client services team in the role of Project Manager. Jamie graduated from the University of Louisville with a Business Administration degree. She has her roots, however, in social activism as she has organized a support group of "video game widows" to help wives of gamers nationwide.

Brooks Bell adds new members to the team
Welcome Jennifer Roche, Operations Manager. She specializes in administrative and accounting support as well as human resources management. Her hobby of dog training using only hand signals is still of great interest, and she is now attempting to train humans using this same technique.
Todd Darling, Web Developer, holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill. He specializes in creating interactive web applications utilizing a smorgasboard of tools ranging from Flash, HTML and server-side programming. He put his journalism degree to good work by working the word "smorgasboard" into his bio.
Christine Babcock, Interactive Designer, holds a BA in Fine Arts with a concentration in graphic design from Meredith College. She specializes in aesthetically pleasing, client driven designs and is well on her way to becoming an online direct response expert. She also has a not-so-secret love of bad sci-fi movies (Attack of the Piranhas, anyone?).

Welcome Diana Tong, Account Manager. Previously, Diana was an account manager at The Stone Agency where she worked on national accounts. She also has experience in online direct response marketing. Even though she was born & raised in the south, she just learned to love sweet tea last year!
Welcome Matthew Barton, Interactive Designer. He specializes in User Interface Design and has worked in the industry for over 7 years. He grew up in Manchester, England and then spent his mid-20s in San Francisco. We love his accent and laid back West-Coast attitude!
Welcome Lori Curley, Director, Account Planning & Strategy. She specializes in Online Member and Subscription Acquisition Marketing, Direct Response Strategy, and Testing for Consumer Products & Services. Being a big fitness enthusiast, Lori has done both the 325-mile AIDS Ride from Raleigh to DC, as well as the 60-mile Avon Breast Cancer Walk.
